Cacao Ceremony

Each month we will gather with Mama Cacao as close to full moon time. During the ceremony Stacey weaves in meditation, a ‘letting go’ ritual & some journal time.

We will explore deep healing and connecting to our hearts with the help of the sacred cacao, allowing its energy to journey deeper within.

Ceremonies are held on the 1st Floor at the Caerphilly Miners Centre, The Miners, Watford Road, Caerphilly, CF83 1BJ.

How to prepare for the Ceremony

During the ceremony Stacey will serve a ceremonial dose of cacao (25g), so please try not to eat at least 2 hours beforehand. Eat very light that day so you can feel the energy of the cacao, (plus the cacao is rather filling).
